Training Course Introduction

Training in government and public administration

Hong Kong is a highly international city known for its clean government, good public security, free economic system and sound rule of law. Over the past 100 years, Hong Kong has undergone a transformation from the British Hong Kong Government to the SAR government. From the publication of the Public Sector Reform in 1989 to the establishment of the Efficiency Unit in 1992, to the return to the motherland in 1997, the Hong Kong Government successfully carried out the public service reform of “transforming the mode of public service delivery” in accordance with the new socio-political and economic environment, forming the characteristics of “small government, big society”. In particular, in the more than 10 years since the reunification, the Hong Kong government has made full use of Hong Kong’s institutional and geographical advantages, successfully overcome major difficulties such as the financial crisis and the avian flu attack under the principle of “one country, two systems” and Hong Kong people administering Hong Kong, and maintained its status as a financial, trading, logistics and tourism center. It has made remarkable achievements and accumulated rich practical experience.

We will be based on the actual needs, full communication, careful analysis, tailored, carefully organized, pay attention to results, to achieve a complete training process.

We are willing and working hard to build a platform for education, training, personnel exchange and intellectual exchange between the Mainland and Hong Kong, to provide solutions for the management issues of the mainland government and to build a platform for exchanges between the two governments, so as to contribute to the development of the motherland.

Financial management training

Hong Kong is a leading international financial centre with a highly developed financial system. According to the Financial Development Report 2012, which analyzes the breadth, depth and efficiency of 62 leading financial systems and capital markets around the world, Hong Kong’s Financial Development Index (FDI) ranked first for the second consecutive year with a score of 5.31 out of 7, with the US and the UK ranking second and third respectively. Hong Kong became the first Asian financial center to win the title since the publication of the report.

Since 2009, in the face of the international financial crisis, Hong Kong has successfully maintained financial stability and economic development, ranking fourth in the Dow Jones International Financial Development Index for two consecutive years, and ranking first in the world in the amount of new shares raised. In 2010, international credit rating agency Standard & Poor’s decided to upgrade Hong Kong’s long-term foreign and local currency sovereign ratings from AA+ to AAA with a “stable” outlook. This shows that the international community fully recognizes Hong Kong’s sound economic tone and the ability of its financial system to withstand shocks. Compared with the continued sluggish performance of the European and American economies, Hong Kong’s economic and financial development is impressive.

The above awards are a full affirmation of Hong Kong’s excellent financial ecology, and also provide a basis for the reference and development of the mainland’s financial industry.

We will be based on the actual needs, full communication, careful analysis, tailored, carefully organized, pay attention to results, to achieve a complete training process.

We are willing to and are working hard to build a platform for education and training, personnel exchange and intellectual exchange between the Mainland and Hong Kong, to provide solutions for professional topics in the mainland’s financial industry and to build a platform for exchanges between the two financial industries, so as to contribute to the economic development of the motherland.

Enterprise management training

In the 2014 Index of Economic Freedom, Hong Kong has topped the rankings for 20 consecutive years. The convenient and free business environment in Hong Kong stems from its advantages of political stability, the rule of law, judicial independence, a free market economy, the free flow of information and the common use of English in the business community. At the same time, Hong Kong’s special history and the background of the integration of Chinese and Western cultures provide free space for the survival and development of enterprises. With these advantages, Hong Kong has become a stage for the development and growth of the world’s top multinational companies, various Chinese-funded enterprises and local enterprises. Over the past 100 years or so, Hong Kong has integrated and accumulated the strategic management models of Chinese and Western enterprises, various advanced operation methods and a huge international market, which has facilitated the “going global” of mainland enterprises. We will accelerate the development of mainland enterprises and integrate them with the world economy.

We will be based on the actual needs, full communication, careful analysis, tailored, carefully organized, pay attention to results, to achieve a complete training process.

We are willing to and are working hard to build a platform for education and training, personnel exchange and intellectual exchange between the Mainland and Hong Kong, to provide solutions for various types of enterprises in the Mainland and to build an exchange platform for various types of enterprises in the two places, so as to contribute to the economic development of the motherland.
